At Viva Pilates, we run face to face Yoga classes especially for men, with our amazing instructor Dan.
For a couple of years, we have run a blokes only face to face class and now have a lovely group of guys who come every week because of the difference it has made to their health, flexibility, back pain and mental health.
So, if you are reading this, and are sat slumped at a desk, had to stop the sports or activities you love, or simply have put your health way down the priority list take an opportunity to get more flexible, touch your toes again, increase your strength, reduce your risk of injury when you do get back playing sport, and sort that back problem out.
