Millet Porridge Recipe

Start your day with our millet porridge made with almond or coconut milk and berries.

You will need:

  • 6oz millet flakes   
  • 9floz rice, almond or coconut milk
  • 9floz water        
  • Nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
  • Berries to serve

Method:

  1. Mix millet, milk, water and nutmeg in a saucepan
  2. Bring to boil and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring continuously  
  3. Add berries to serve
