Dan teaches Vinyasa Yoga for our Men's Yoga class on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Alignment is something that Dan finds essential as well as enjoying a seamless flow of breathe, rhythm, movement, strength, stillness and mindfulness leading to relaxation. A complete yoga class 😊

For a couple of years, Viva Pilates has run a blokes only face to face class and now have a lovely group of guys who come every week because of the difference it has made to their health, flexibility, back pain and mental health.
