Hummus Dip Recipe

In preparation for the warmer months, and entertaining family and friends, this hummus dip recipe goes perfectly with vegetable sticks!

Ingredients:

  • 400g Tinned chickpeas, drained
  • 1Tbsp tahini paste
  • 1glove garlic
  • Juice from1/2 a lemon
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Fresh coriander & dried chilli flakes (optional)

Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients together until preferred consistency, rough or smooth.
  • Add more oil if you want a smoother dip
  • Add more seasoning if required
  • Place in a bowl and serve with veg crudities.
