Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 3 whole eggs
- 2tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp oil
Method:
- Chop the banana, heat the oil in a pan then add the banana. Cook until soft and slightly browned, longer if you want a little bit crispy!
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Pour eggs over the banana, cook on a medium heat and when almost cooked sprinkle with cinnamon.
